Our annual parent appeal, called our School Improvement Drive (SID), is already in motion and we already have $100,000 in pledges thus far! The 2023 SID will be dedicated to hardening our campus even further to ensure that our students can learn in a safe and peaceful environment. Our total goal for this SID project is $350,000, so we will do our best to complete this important work as quickly as possible as capital allows. After all, we work with the Lord's most precious ones so it is the least we can do!

Our Partners in Education Development Board proudly presents OLG’s first ever WINTER WONDERLAND this Sunday from 1 – 8pm! The afternoon and evening are sure to pack lots of Christmas fun with real snow, bounce houses, Christmas crafts, shopping, and pictures with Santa! Be sure to stop by to get into the Christmas season!

Families are invited to attend our fun-filled Meet & Greet on Thursday, August 24, from 3 - 5pm. The afternoon is meant for all OLG families to bring their school supplies, meet their new teachers and classroom assistants, and get to know their child's new classroom! Stop in anytime during that window. New students should be sure to stop by the tech station to pick up their new OLG iPad!

The tenth annual Partners in Education Gala, which has hosted on April 1 at the Hyatt Regency, Westlake Village, was a great success. The annual Gala, which sponsors scholarship assistance at Our Lady of Grace School, honored former Music teacher and choir director, Caroline Wilson. We thank the many community sponsors for their great support in this important work of Catholic education!

We are excited to announce that our new east wing student restrooms are now complete! We formally dedicated them on Friday, February 3, which coincided with the close of Catholic Schools Week. Our fifth grade class designed, built, and tested a wind-powered vehicle in STEM class. It was lots of fun and a great learning experience for them as they had to made adjustments in the field to perfect their vehicle designs.

Our fifth grade students refined their engineering, problem solving, and team work skills with a fun wind-powered car STEM project! All students in grades K - 8 enjoy weekly STEM classes that engage their minds and hands in solving real world and fun problems. We are grateful for our new STEM Lab, a gift of our community from our 2022 Partners in Education Gala, which now houses much of this creative student work!

Our four east wing student restrooms are receiving a much needed facelift thanks to the collaboration of our wonderful parent community! Each of the four restrooms have been taken down to the studs and will feature a more modern look and feel for our students. We look forward to their completion in late January 2023.
